Shipping & Delivery Times
All of our personalized growth charts are custom made to order and therefore we ask that you allow 5-10 business days for delivery. International orders and orders placed during peak seasons, may take longer. For customers purchasing curso facebook ads a growth chart as a gift for a special occasion, we ask that you keep these lead/shipping times in mind.
Shipping Rates/Methods
All growth charts are shipped via Priority Mail (for US buyers) and First Class Parcel (for international buyers). Our website's shopping cart is connected with USPS to provide you with real time rate quotes, which are dependant on your location. Rush shipping is available during checkout however, that does not affect the time it takes to design, print and finish your chart, which is usually about 5 business days.
All growth charts come completely assembled, and are carefully packaged in sturdy mailing tubes, and are loosely rolled to prevend bending or damage during transit. Our signature red mailing tubes are also great for storing your growth chart when your child outgrows it.
FREE Shipping Offers/Promotions
Free shipping promotions are only valid for orders shipped to one single address within the United States. International orders are not eligible for free shipping promotions. Order total MUST be equal or greater than $100 (excluding tax and AFTER discounts) to be eligible for free shipping promotions.
Returns
While we don't expect that you won't absolutely LOVE your new growth chart, if for some reason, you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a 100%, no questions asked guarantee. Simply contact us within 14 days of purchase to request an RMA for a full refund. After 14 days, only a store credit will be given.
